ABOUT THE SHOW: Directed by Mor Loushy and Daniel Sivan and produced by Campfire Studios, Low Country: The Murdaugh Dynasty focuses on the powerful clan’s last few years, as two fatal incidents brought greater scrutiny. In 2019, 19-year-old Paul Murdaugh was involved in a tragic boating accident that killed his teenage friend Mallory Beach, but he was not criminally charged in her death. Two years later, Paul and his mother, Maggie, died from multiple gunshot wounds, leading to the family patriarch, Alex, being charged with their murders. He is due to stand trial early next year.
